In Oklahoma, the foreclosure of a lien on personal property (vehicles, manufactured homes, and other items) is known as an action in replevin. The Hinds Law Firm has been consulted and helped draft legislation here in Oklahoma regarding replevin statutes, mobile homes, storage liens, lot rent/lender issues, titling, etc. We have drafted complete loan packages for commercial lenders that securitize mobile home lending.
